Important: By registering an account or placing any bet on 21JL, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the 21JL platform.
1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 21JL website and associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, the VIP Club programme, and any promotions offered by 21JL. By accessing or using any part of the 21JL platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
21JL reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered members via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with an amendment, your only recourse is to close your account and cease using 21JL.
These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which form part of the complete agreement between you and 21JL.
2Eligibility
To register and use 21JL, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 21JL or any of its affiliated companies.
- You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or prohibited from participating in online gambling under any court order, regulatory directive, or applicable law.
- You must be registering and acting in your own name and for your own personal use — not on behalf of a third party.
21JL takes age verification seriously. If we have reason to believe a member is under 21, we will suspend the account immediately and conduct a full KYC review. Any winnings accumulated during this period may be forfeited pending verification.
21JL may request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine National ID, driver's licence, passport, or SSS/UMID card. Failure to provide valid identification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
3Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold one 21JL account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, your date of birth, and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
21JL conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by our licensing obligations. You may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at the time of registration or before processing a withdrawal. 21JL will not share your documents with third parties except as required by law or our regulatory obligations.
Tip for Filipino Players: Use a GCash number that you actively use as your registered mobile number — this makes GCash deposits and withdrawals seamless and ensures you receive important 21JL account notifications without delay.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 21JL account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 21JL support immediately at support@21jl.best. 21JL will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
21JL accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. 21JL does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC review before the first payout. Subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically once the review is on file. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- GCash / Maya: under 5 minutes (24/7)
- GrabPay / Coins.ph: under 30 minutes
- InstaPay bank transfer: 15–60 minutes
- Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days
VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from expedited withdrawal processing as described in the VIP Club page. Diamond tier members receive withdrawals in under 2 minutes.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 21JL account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
21JL reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual, including large one-time withdrawals or withdrawal requests that are inconsistent with the member's deposit and gameplay history.
5Bonuses and Promotions
21JL offers various promotional bonuses to registered members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, refer-a-friend rewards, and VIP birthday bonuses. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming.
Unless a promotion page explicitly states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all 21JL bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to Filipino residents only and are non-transferable between accounts.
- Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
- Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window stated on the promotion page. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds in your 21JL wallet. Real money is wagered first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
- Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash.
- Weekly VIP cashback credits carry no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn immediately after crediting.
21JL reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time if it is being abused, exploited through bonus-hunting strategies, or if technical errors have caused incorrect bonus awards. Members who attempt to circumvent bonus terms through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other strategy will have their accounts reviewed and any associated winnings voided.
6Betting Rules
All bets placed on 21JL — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports markets — are subject to the specific game and market rules published within the platform. The following general rules apply across all 21JL betting products:
- Bets are final once confirmed. 21JL does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system.
- The minimum bet for most 21JL games is ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and your current VIP tier.
- In the event of a game or server error that causes a round to be interrupted or incorrectly displayed, 21JL reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
- For live sports betting, odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of your bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to your wager.
- Asian Handicap bets where the handicap produces an exactly level result will be treated as a push — your stake will be fully refunded.
- Accumulators (parlays) require all selected legs to result in a win for the bet to pay out. A void or pushed leg reduces the number of legs in the accumulator; it does not cancel the entire bet.
Note for sports bettors: 21JL follows official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. FIFA, UEFA, AFF). In cases where the result is disputed, 21JL will await the official confirmation before settling bets, regardless of media reports or unofficial announcements.
7VIP Club Terms
The 21JL VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered members. Participation is automatic — every member is enrolled at Bronze tier upon registration. VIP points are accumulated through real-money wagers across all 21JL products.
VIP tier status is reviewed at the start of each calendar month based on points earned in the preceding 30-day period. The following rules govern the VIP programme:
- Points earned from bonus funds do not count toward VIP tier progress — only real-money wagers generate VIP points.
- VIP tier cashback is calculated on net losses (total real-money wagers minus total real-money winnings) for the previous seven-day period. Cashback is credited every Monday.
- VIP birthday bonuses are credited on the registered date of birth in your 21JL profile. The date of birth must be verified by KYC documents before the birthday bonus is issued.
- If a member's monthly points fall below the threshold for their current tier for two consecutive months, the tier will be adjusted down by one level. Tier adjustment is not retroactive.
- 21JL reserves the right to modify the VIP Club structure, tier thresholds, cashback rates, and associated benefits with 30 days' advance notice to affected members.
8Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 21JL. Violation of any of these rules will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance, including winnings:
- Creating more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to exploiting incorrect odds or game malfunctions.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information for competitive advantage in real-time.
- Money laundering, fraud, or any use of 21JL for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
- Impersonating another player, 21JL staff member, or any third party.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a 21JL account.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 21JL systems, databases, or other accounts.
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward 21JL staff or other members.
21JL cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any suspected criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud, will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the relevant account will be frozen immediately pending investigation.
9Account Suspension and Closure
21JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to instances where:
- A member has violated these Terms and Conditions.
- KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
- There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
- A member has requested self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming programme.
- A member is found to be under 21 years of age.
If your account is closed for a reason other than breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, 21JL reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, all funds may be forfeited.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 21JL support. If you close your account voluntarily, any active bonus funds will be forfeited, and real-money balances above ₱200 will be returned to you.
10Privacy and Data
21JL collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. Key points include:
- Your personal data is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
- 21JL will never sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
- KYC documents submitted to 21JL are stored securely and encrypted. Access is restricted to authorised compliance personnel only.

11Responsible Gaming

12Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 21JL and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the 21JL platform.
- Losses arising from technical issues, including server downtime, internet connectivity failures, software bugs, or device incompatibility.
- Losses arising from your own actions in breach of these Terms.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
In all cases where 21JL is found liable for damages, the total liability shall not exceed the value of funds held in your 21JL account at the time the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits 21JL's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.
13Amendments to These Terms
21JL may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to all registered members via email and an in-platform notification. The effective date of any revision will be stated at the top of this page.
If you continue to use 21JL after the revised Terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account before the effective date.
Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing rules, or formatting adjustments that do not materially alter your rights — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
14Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from your use of 21JL are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and 21JL, we encourage you to contact our support team first. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to give 21JL a period of no less than 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter through internal dispute resolution. Submit your dispute in writing to support@21jl.best with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and include your account details and a description of the issue.
